The interview process is a two-way experience. We want to get to know you, and you should get to know us. Final candidates will also have an opportunity to meet with the hiring manager. This is another great opportunity to get to know more about the job, company and our team.
Dress For Success
Be sure to dress the part. Excellence is not only in the experience and knowledge you bring, but also expressed in your presentation. We have a business casual to business Dress Code policy, which allows the flexibility to wear jeans on Fridays! Dressing like you have the job, or the next level job, is a good starting point.
Prior to making final decisions, we complete a background assessment that includes criminal, credit and college degree verifications. We will also spend time contacting your professional references. This process is necessary (we are a bank after all) and important to us. Generally, this process takes 3-5 business days, but ,don't worry, we will communicate with you along the way.
