The Selection Experience
We hope that our selection process allows you the opportunity to display your knowledge, skills and abilities. After reviewing applications and resumes, a member of our Talent Acquisition Team will contact the most qualified candidates to discuss your experience and qualifications for the job that you applied for. You may receive an email, phone call or text. When you talk to us, be prepared to discuss your experience and how it relates to the job that you applied for. Also, ask us questions. We would like to know what interests you most about working with us. More importantly, we want you to be able to make informed decisions on whether or not this is the best place for you to work.
The interview experience is a two-way interview. We want to get to know you, and you should get to know us. Final candidates will have an opportunity to meet with the hiring manager. This is another great opportunity to get to know more about the job, company and the team.
Be sure to dress the part. Excellence is not only in the experience and knowledge you bring, but also important in how we present ourselves. We have a business casual to business Dress Code policy. Dressing like you have the job, or the next level job, is a good starting point.
Once final decisions are made, you will be asked to complete our background process which consists of a criminal and credit verification, along with professional references.
